Look Alive Sunshine

After going to church very early today, my family and me went to Iloilo Supermart at the Atrium for our usual early morning breakfast. Since McDonald's (where me and my brother usually eat; my parents, aunts and lola eat at Chowking) was being renovated, we ate at Chowking. After eating, we went to the third floor to just stroll. As I peered through the large glass windows of the Atrium, I could see Arroyo fountain, Doane Baptist Church, Iloilo Provincial Capitol, the roads around them, and the decorated islands in between the roads
I enjoy that early Sunday morning feeling every time I watch that scene I just described. I don't know why. But I like it. It feels so epic, so scenic, so peaceful and relaxing. Maybe after all the stress we all get through the weekend, sights like this is very welcome. This is one of the things I look forward to on Sundays. It kinda gives me a sigh of relief and confidence that could encourage me to go on another week of hell in my everyday life. Sundays truly give us hope.
